Who I am.

Professionally

Performance marketing since 2006. E-commerce first, then multi-physics simulation software, now law firms and local service businesses through REFINE. The constant through every industry: knowing exactly what each dollar produces.

I don't cover up problems. I trace them to root cause and fix them there. Band-aids create debt. Clean fixes compound. Some people call it obsessive. I call it dialing it in.

Personally

Home base: Southern California. Most days involve training — lifting, road cycling, healthy eating, and cooking. I like solving things: home projects, DIY, systems I don't fully understand yet.

Minimalist. Intentional. Still enjoy a trendy restaurant now and then.

01What do you actually do?

Performance marketing since 2006 — now through REFINE, my own practice. The rest of the time: training, building, traveling, cooking. This site is the non-billable part.

02Why “pack light, travel far”?

Carry less, go further. It started as a travel rule and became the whole operating system — fewer commitments, better ones.

03What are you training for?

Longevity. Lifting most mornings, long rides on the weekend, clean fuel in between. The YouTube channel documents the push.
